A home warranty is an affordable service contract that covers repairs and replacements on your covered appliances and systems generally for one
year. Whenever there's a problem, simply call your home warranty provider. They'll have a pre-screened, local service technician contact you to schedule
a convenient appointment to make the covered repair.
Goals of a Home Warranty Program

Job Qualification
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, some college is preferred. Excellent customer service phone interaction skills in a
team environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient computer knowledge in Microsoft Office is required. Working knowledge
of warranty, construction, insurance and legal terminology is a huge plus!
Job Requirements
- Supervising service department personnel
- Handyman and contractors
- Scheduling of service calls
- Accurately applying warranty coverage standards
- Fix and eliminate deficiency items after Certification of Completion and Pre-Delivery Inspections
- Ensure complete clean up of home, inside and outside, during and after performing repairs
- Develop a constructive and helpful working relationship with homeowner
- 30 day and 11 month walkthroughs with Homeowners and work order follow up
- Perform New Homeowner Orientation
